Cute place
Location was great for what we wanted to do....However it is above the gas station which is apparently open 24/7.
It was quite loud at times, mostly during the late night/early morning times (figure most ppl are sleeping but apparently not lol).
It was clean, space was large enough for us, but the pictures make it look much larger than the actual place.
All of that being said, we would probably stay here again, but highly recommend black out curtains for each window, and of course a keurig coffee pot.
I think if it would've been darker it might have been easier to sleep, but because it was open all night, it was still pretty bright in the rooms....

Noisy neighbors after 9pm.
Loved everything about my stay. With vacasa. Except for the noisy neighbors kids. Being up way past midnight all 5 nights that I stayed. Could hear them over my extremely loud fan. I didn't bother to mention anything to them. And I also followed the house rules. And kept all 4 of my kids under 9 years old quiet and in bed past 9pm. It would be perfect if the neighbors could follow the same rules. Side note. Didn't hear a thing from the gas station below. If your a light sleeper like me. I'd avoid this rental.

Great Place
The apartment is clean, tidy, well furnished and decorate. Having a washer and dryer is a REALLY nice thing. The location is good and on the quiet end of the island - close to public beaches with amenities and down Harborside Drive its really quick to get to the fishing boats, cruise terminal and the Strand.
I was afraid being over a store it would be noisy, but it certainly was not - we were never disturbed by the store. In fact, the store was really convenient to have right there!
We'll be staying here again for sure.
