"Clean room"

"Room and staff were good, the only issue, the room smelled muggy, like a little moldy in the wall A/C unit. I cannot handle that smell, so not sure I can stay in this hotel again. Other than that, it is so easy and close to walk to the ship/cruise, and two seafood restaurants on either side of it. Very nice."

"Beautiful property with spacious rooms. Did not like that the pool bar and pyramid and beach hours were not disclosed were closing earlier than states on their website. Bought advance tickets and at the 3pm check in was told they were closing at 4 instead of 7. One day pool bar and restaurant didn’t open at all."
Holiday Inn Resort: Galveston-On The Beach by IHG

"This place was GREAT. The room was perfect with balcony with chairs, plenty of towels, soft bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. Pool area was great and the food in the cafe was good but not great. Location is great for going to Rainforest Cafe, and the beach is a very short walk. Would book this hotel again. The only disappointment was you pay a high price for the room but not happy they make you pay extra to park🤔"

"Our stay was good, staff was very helpful and polite. Room was clean, but not an ideal location by the elevators . Not quiet at night time . Pool was nice, very crowded at one point."

"The room was spacious, and cool. The staff wasn’t the greatest help when checking in at night. The mini golf area was flooded while we stayed so we didn’t get to use it. The breakfast was just cereal. And the stairs to get to the top levels could use some maintance, they were missing chunks of concrete."

"They had really good Wi-Fi you need to pay for the Wi-Fi I love her pregnant ways the pool is clean very clean and the breakfast was good I just wish they had more they mostly just have waffle makers and cereal and juice that's probably about it oh and Brad and jelly and a croissant but that was about it I wish they didn't have the eggs and bacon and stuff but they didn't but other than that it was good it was great it was awesome it was right next to the store go to the store without dirty in our car with sand. The people there work there were nice helpful. Did you have to pay $15 per day for parking that's something I did not like honestly I think they should have made it worried you could park there without making the pay just to get sticker showing that you have a room without making me pay for the sugar so $60 from mon through friday"
