Come relax and enjoy this studio condo with breath taking gulf views. Located on 2nd floor so you can hear the wave's and feel the ocean breeze. Wake up to a beautiful unobstructed morning sunrise from the cozy private balcony great for that first cup of coffee or tea. In the heat of the afternoon enjoy the cool gulf waters or the perfect temperature pool.

Enjoy the new queen memory foam mattress with a 4" memory foam pad so you can sleep like a baby and has a full sleeper sofa with a gel memory foam mattress. New (Linens are provided) Included is a gentleman chest of drawers, 37 " T.V., dining table , 2 ceiling fans. Has hurricane screen door, so you can open front door and patio doors to feel the ocean breeze.

The bathroom has shelving and mirror. Soaps, shampoo/ conditioner, body lotion, towels and a new hairdryer for your convenience.

The kitchen has microwave, Keurig coffee maker with Coffee, tea and cream provided, new toaster, has a mini fridge and stove/oven. Equipped with all pots/pans, dinner ware, utensils etc. and paper plates/cups.

Beach chairs, umbrella and wagon with tray are provided.
Less then 10 min to Pleasure Pier or the Strand

Pack your clothes, Beach towels, suntan lotion, food and a small ice chest. Everything else is provided.

Great room and location!
The room was wonderful! We enjoyed our stay and the view. It was a great size for the two of us! The location was perfect! We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and enjoyed the view every day from the room! Great place to stay and relax!
