Poolside Retreat, Steps to the Ocean!

You'll be poolside while being only steps from the beach! We are located next to the larger of the two swimming pools The Dawn has to offer. Additionally guests will have secured & monitored parking, access to a clubhouse as well as a full workout facility. We are located on the Seawall and are very close to all the attractions Galveston has to offer! First floor unit, no stairs!!!

Entry - Keyless code entry, removes the hassle of looking after another set of keys! First floor, easy access to parking.

Main Room - A tastefully decorated open floor plan offering comfortable seating for your family & friends. A 48" smart tv allows you access to all your favorite streaming services, a blue ray player is available as well. Couch turns into a full size sleeper as well.

Back Patio - Furnished with two chairs and foot rests and easy access to the pool with our gate!

Kitchen - Fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, plates, cups, utensils, and other basic cooking supplies. Coffee & Tea is complimentary and can be made via a pot or pod.

Bedroom - Queen size bed with views out to the swimming pool. TV is set up for a Blue Ray player, as well as cable tv or the ability to sign into any of your streaming accounts you may have. The room is light, bright and very comfortable.

Closet - Fully stocked with extra pillows, sheets, comforters, towels, beach towels and a one person fold out sleeping pad.

Bathroom - Extra large shower. Stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper & towels.

Laundry - Full size washer and dryer for guests convenience.

*The Dawn charges $40 per car, for lengths of stay of 1-3 nights, and $50 per car, for lengths of stay of 4 or more nights for guests to park their cars inside the gates. This applies to all visitors and is meant to keep your valuables protected and only allow paying guests to enjoy our amenities.
*Absolutely NO smoking, parties, undisclosed guests or glitter inside the condo.
*No pets are allowed.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed this property. The owner was easy to communicate with and resolved any issues quickly. We enjoyed that the pool was very close to the unit and the unit was ground level. Walmart was also across the street which was convenient for drinks and snacks!

Great Weekend Getaway

We had such a great time! We loved having 2 pools on the property, the beach across the street and even a Walmart for groceries. It is the perfect place to chill for a weekend. The owners were great and super responsive.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We came to have one last surprise getaway for our kids before school started. We absolutely loved the location ( you can't beat how close it is to the pool!) From a family standpoint, we loved how close it was to the Walmart as well. The place was very clean, owner answered and questions I had. My family really enjoyed staying here.

First Trip to Galveston

Unit was terrific. I'm always a big fan of a separate bedroom. Bed was comfortable. Close to restaurants. View of the pool courtyard was fantastic. Access to the beach was great. Exploring Galveston was a ball. Looking forward to visiting Galvaston again. I will look to this unit first.

Simply Awesome

I had a great experience. I haven't stayed at a lot of VRBO homes but this condo has great mattresses that gave great sleep. The location is centrally located and just a walk from the beach.The owners were nice, going above and beyond for us. There was a misunderstanding on my part on scheduling and the owners came through for me and my family. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay in Galveston.

My friend and I had a great time! Loved the balcony which opens up to the pool area! Property was clean and well equipped with kit hen and bathroom necessities. Sofa was comfortable to sleep on, i didnt bother opening it out. Could have used a step ladder to climb up to that tall bed though! Probably not the best choice for 2 old ladies with bad knees! But the price was right! We had a great time!

The condo was in a great location,the condo itself was spacious clean and the owner was very pleasant and courteous, checking in was pleasant. The grounds is beautiful.
