Felt Like Home with VIP Treatment!

We had an incredible stay at Keepin’ It Reel! The owners were beyond communicative and thoughtful, making our family get-together so special. They went above and beyond by leaving New Year’s Eve napkins, plates, and festive decor for our celebration—such a kind touch!We were also thrilled to find everything we needed for our seafood boil, including those big trays that made cleanup a breeze. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and the entire house just felt like home.The owners treated us like VIPs, and it’s clear they care about every detail of their guests’ experience. Our whole family loved it, and we’ll absolutely be back again! Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Relaxing Getaway

First of all I was amazed at how much attention they put to the small details. The location and the house itself was perfect for our family getaway. It is a relaxing and peaceful place. We are very grateful as well that we could bring our dogs and that they were kept safe inside of the gated property.

Family Vacation 2022

The house was very clean and came with a lot of little perks. Owner had all kinds of toys for enjoying the canal, lily pad, kayaks, tubes for floating. Kitchen is stocked extremely well. We would definitely book with them again! It was a great place to stay!

The home was excellent. It was thoughtfully supplied with all of the essentials you need for a family getaway. Downstairs area was great for our kids and family dog to run around. Inside of the home was clean, organized, and spacious. Would definitely rent again if available.

This house is exceptional! The inside is beautiful and has everything you need away from home. The deck is awesome with very comfortable couches and chairs. The green light in the water at night is really cool to watch the fish!

Sweet Retreat

Our family and bonus kiddos had a last minute Spring Break getaway to this home and it was a perfect retreat. The pictures do not do it justice, although they are beautiful too. It’s a perfect cozy home, beyond equipped for anything all you could need. I am an avid renter on Vrbo and this was one of our best experiences to date in terms of hospitality. Amazing for hosting large families

This property and hosts are the most amazing we have ever worked with. They have truly thought of everything you would need to have a weekend vacation with your family. Not only is all the linens and beds so comfy they have fully stocked kitchen with all you would need. The amenities are endless. fishing off the dock, kayaks, large entertainment areas and the hosts even left us s'mores. We most definitely will rent again

Perfect Galveston Getaway

This trip was our third time to visit Keepin' it Reel. We were once again reminded of why we keep coming back.The house is superbly equipped indoors and outdoors, offering a multitude of fantastic amenities including green light fishing, kayaks, paddleboard, a float pad, and a diverse selection of beach toys. Amazing Property & Owners!

As owners of two vacation rentals, we're consistently amazed by the exceptional quality of this place, always surpassing our expectations. We have a rather large family so we also rent the neighboring house, The Merry Yacht. Both properties comfortably accommodating 12 people and are incredibly pet-friendly — they even have a gate between the properties. Undoubtedly, the seamless combination of these two homes, their amenities, and the incredible green light fishing, provides an unbeatable vacation experience in the west end.

What a wonderful property. From the decor, to the comfy beds, to the stocked kitchen, to the view - everything was SUPER. And did I mention it was pet friendly? Not just pet friendly … but all the things you need for you pet too. Everything was a short golf cart ride away - but you may not want to leave. GREAT entertaining space outside. There was always a cool breeze and lots of places to sit and relax. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️

One of the Best in Sea Isle

This is our 4th stay at "Keepin it Reel" and it never disappoints! The house is stunning, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. The A/C in the master bedroom is phenomenal, and the beds are some of the most comfortable we've ever slept in. My husband is absolutely in love with the outdoor shower – it's such a unique and enjoyable feature. The hosts are amazing, always communicative, and they go above and beyond to provide extras that you won't find in other rentals. The attention to detail and the thoughtfulness in making guests feel at home truly sets this property apart. "Keepin it Reel" is hands down one of the best in Sea Isle. We can't wait to return!

Wonderful Easter Weekend!

We rented this house to stay in Sea Isle Easter weekend. The house is awesome! It is comfortable and well stocked. It felt like we were returning to our own beach house! The owners were communicative, accommodating and thoughtful. They wanted to ensure we enjoyed our stay and WE DID! The kids loved kayaking in the canal while the Astros game was on downstairs on the TV. We will definitely be back!

Loved this house!!

We had the best time at this property!! We usually stay on or within walking distance to the beach but decided to try a canal house this time and we are hooked! We had the best time kayaking, paddle boarding, and playing on the water carpet all right outside the door. The mattresses and bedding were so comfy in every room. And the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you might need to cook with. Brian was very communicative and responsive. We will come again and next time stay longer!

Great place - look no further.

This home and the host are amazing. Everything you need and or would want is there. We’ve actually booked this house twice. Beds are comfortable, showers amazing, fully stocked kitchen. And the outside is just as good. Our dog loves the fenced in yard. There’s corn hole, kayaking and paddle boards to use. A nice grill with great furniture to hangout on the water. Beach access is a couple minutes away. I rent a lot on VRBO, and love trying different places but this gem you will be a repeat like me. AC works great too. The access to a bathroom while you are downstairs is great for those who don’t want to go up. If we could give 10 stars we would.

Amazing Family Getaway

The pictures of the property are accurate and reliable. The house was cleaned and prepared earlier than the check in time and the owners were in constant communication. If you have a family with kids and you do not want to pack up a car load of items for a beach trip, this is the house for you. It was fully equipped with any and everything you could need for a family weekend to the beach. It had amazing sitting spaces inside and out and all of the grilling equipment was high quality and excellently maintained. All of the toys (kayaks, lillipad, crab traps, beach toys) were easy to access and put up at the end of your trip. The inside was extremely clean and well supplied as well, with tons of little things that made the house special. We will 100% be going back to this one.
