For additional guests, there's a queen size sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress in the living space and an extra twin rollout bed is available. The Condo has great WIFI, a large smart TV with Roku, YouTube TV premium cable channels, live stream, sports & movies, Netflix and Prime.

    The Dawn condominiums offer two beautiful pools (one heated), hot tub, fitness center and outdoor grills.     This condo unit is on the second floor with a spectacular view, however please note that there is a flight of stairs to get into the unit and no elevators available.

Absolutely the best condo rental in Galveston! We stayed for a weekend for a cheer competition and little get away with the family and we couldn’t have asked for a better condo! The property was beautiful and the condo was very clean, which is so appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was soft and luxurious. We had a clear view of the beach and enjoyed the sunsets every evening. We did have to purchase laundry detergent even though the condo was described as provided, but honestly it was no big deal.
My Granddaughter loved seeing the waves from the balcony.

We had a fantastic time at this property. It was perfect for the 2 of us and right across from the beach made it even better. We plan on coming back. We have always wanted to stay at the Dawn and it was great. Very clean, safe, quiet and right on the beach. The condo was very comfortable and sized perfectly for us. We really enjoyed our quick stay.
