Summary:
Opening on January 1, 2023, we are conveniently located approximately five blocks from Galveston's famed Seawall. The Botanical gives guests a hotel feel while enjoying the cozy comforts of their own unique short-term living bedroom and full bath. Our building is also located adjacent to the UTMB medical complex and just minutes from the historic Strand district. Be one of our first guests! If your favorite room is already booked, search us and add a different studio apartment # (1-21).
The Space:
Our property contains 21 cozy short-term rental units which are conveniently housed in a two hallway building that offers all of the comforts of a hotel-like facility. Each room will comfortably sleep two persons in a queen size bed. Other room amenities include: wall mounted smart TV programmed to play your favorite streaming services; full size kitchenette which includes Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, full size microwave, dishes, glasses, coffee cups and related supplies; ironing board and iron; collapsible clothing rack for rooms without a closet; roundtable seating area for two; nightstand with lamp; own controlled in-room air and heat system; full size bathroom with tub, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, bath towels and beach towels. This particular room (#1) is a very cozy 14'-8" x 10'-6" bedroom with a full size private bathroom. As always, seasonal rates apply. Ask us about group bookings to accommodate birthdays, engagement parties, weddings, corporate getaways and other activities and celebrations.
Guest Access:
We do not issue keys and we do not give out access codes ahead of time. Guests will be given an access code to the keypad entry into the building and their own unique code to their rooms upon arrival at the building. We want to make sure all guests are knowledgeable of our lock system and comfortably get settled into the building. Guests will be either greeted by the housekeeping staff or receive instructions by the General Manager. Access code to Wi-fi provided on in-room instructions.
The Neighborhood:
Directions to The Botanical Galveston: I-45 South to Galveston. Once in Galveston, continue down Broadway to 4th Street (Holiday Dr.) and turn left. Go down one block to Market St. The Botanical Galveston is located on the corner of Market and Holiday on the northeast corner (white building).

Other Things to Note:
We are a brand new facility and we will do our best in order for you to have an amazing experience! For guests staying over three nights, you may request service to your room including clean sheets and towels. Our building also has the following amenities: ATM; drink machine; travel brochure center; "Island Vibes" selfie wall; and complimentary guest washer and dryer located on the premises. Security cameras are located in the public hallways and outside of the building.
