Condo was clean. A/C seemed to barely work so it was warm and muggy in the room most of the time we were there, making the time in the condo a little uncomfortable.

The place is super tiny. The bathroom sink would stop up. There was no coffee to make. The sheets had dingle berry's on them. Overall, it served its purpose. We used it to sleep.

The condo was clean and the amenities were off the chart. All the beds were comfortable, the hot tubs was hot, most of the ones I have visited were Luke warm at best. I was pleasantly surprised. The Laundry room was clean and well maintained.

The Victorian was ok. The lobby had an awful smell and the unit also had a musty smell, maybe could use a new/better air filter? It's an older unit, but worked for a place to sleep and shower.

I wasn’t expecting much from this condo given the price. It is an older complex and a bit dated, but fine if you just need a place to sleep and shower. There was an issue with the sleeper sofa, the frame was broken and the head fell into the frame. We had to go buy an air mattress at Walmart after the first night. There was a dead roach in the silverware drawer, but at least it was dead and we didn’t see more. Two lamps had no light bulb. There were not enough wash clothes and hand towels for five people, which is what our reservation was for. Also the beach across the street was under construction and we had to go quite a bit down for beach access. This should have been disclosed. This could be a much nicer condo with a little more effort and attention to detail.

I don’t know where the pictures were taken, but they couldn’t have been in the same condo. When we walked in the a/c didn’t work, and there was trash under all the beds and furniture. I don’t mind anything being outdated if it’s clean, but this was far from it. Hopefully the bedding and towels were cleaned better than everything else. I tried to contact the owner/manager about the a/c not working and my calls were never returned so I fixed it myself. Don’t be fooled like we were. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead 1 is because it did keep us dry during the rain, so I thought that deserved a star.

When we arrived we immediately noticed a very bad musty odor. It was also in the bedding which smelled really bad. The pillows need to washed as they were also dirty. The sliding glass door and glass on the fireplace was full of finger prints. The rug in the living area is so dirty we had to have shoes on all the time as our feet got so black. There was no coffee, or filters for the coffee pot??? We actually bought air freshener and some cleaning items to try to clean it up a bit. Location was good and we always enjoy our stay in Galveston. This condo wasn’t horrible but definitely needs some attention
