Very nice modern hotel. Spacious room and bathroom. Really enjoyed the lobby bar - Danylo had great suggestions and was a very good bartender. It is a short walk into town and a short cab ride home.

This was a lovely stay, super clean and incredibly friendly staff. One man in particular, very tall with medium length hair (I forget his name) was exceptionally kind! Little bit of a walk to town but public transportation is very accessible

New Hotel. Beautiful. Smells new when you get off the elevator. Staff is so nice and professional and welcoming. We highly recommend this hotel. We loved that it had parking- so difficult to find in some cities.

Brand new hotel, nice parking and very nice hotel staff.. Only a shame that I needed to fill in my personal info on a paper, Expedia could/should forward this to the hotel after asking the person. This way the checkin will be much quicker

Really pleasant stay

Really pleasant stay at the Radisson. Food was lovely (although a bit on the expensive side for portion sizes). Wait staff were lovely in the ground bar. The room was in excellent condition. There was confusion at the reception when checking in - the reception staff tried to say the room was not pre-paid and asked me to pay again. This took several minutes to sort and a lot of back and forth with different staff members, which wasn’t the best start to the stay after spending close to 3 hours driving to Galway. It was explained that the hotel is new opened, so hopefully this becomes more streamlined.

Poor service

Nice looking hotel but really awful service, huge check in lines despite there not being many people to check in. This alone took about 40 minutes. Restaurant was really poor, it took 90 minutes for us to get our food after ordering, staff seemed utterly at sea and the food after such a long wait was mediocre at best. Perhaps it’s down to the newness of everything but really below any acceptable level of service.

Das Hotel ist wirklich Klasse und war das beste auf unserer Rundreise. Tolles Design, kostenlose Tiefgarage. Self Check in Terminals. Frühstück war qualitativ auch gut aber schön wäre wenn es außer Toast noch Brot geben würde :)
