Leonardo Hotel Galway
Biscuits and room service menu were not in the room when we arrived. This was corrected and we were offered a free breakfast. I didn't find the beds particularly comfortable despite the blurb about them and the pillows were rock hard. The maid was rude when we said we weren't ready for her to clean ...

The Snug Townhouse
Perfect location. Room was right in the central zone with shops and bars and restaurants everywhere. The room was super clean. Bed was just perfect. Great location hotel central to all things Galway. staff friendly and accommodating clean with house keeping changing towels daily(if wished)good choice of Breakfast items ( weak coffee is the only negative)
