"Péssima experiência!!!! A começar pela acomodação com mobília bem precária. As fotos apresentadas na hora de efetivar a reserva não condizem com a realidade. O chuveiro jogava jato de água para fora do box e não tinha água quente em um dia de temperatura de 9º graus. O pessoal da manutenção veio arrumar o chuveiro e saiu uma água com cor de enxofre da tubulação (apartamento 309). "My go-to hotel whenever I visit Brasília. The rooms are clean, the staff are attentive and respectful, and housekeeping consistently does a great job. Breakfast is good, with a decent selection of vegetarian options. The only disappointment on this trip was the late-night room service. The staff member taking my order spoke no English, which made communication difficult, and the pizza I ordered was just not edible. Otherwise, another comfortable and pleasant stay."
