"I made a horrible mistake and booked thr wrong dates because i had a hole in my macular and could not see well. After my surgery and recovery which was around 1 month I realized the horrible mistake. They refused to give credit and charged room fees as well as over $600 in taxes for a room that was not occupied by me."

The reception is different property which is about 8-10 min drive not so convenient but the staff are very helpful and very accommodating.
