"We had an amazing time at the Rivalta Hotel. My husband and I stayed in two different River View suites over a week, and both were equally amazing. The staff were phenomenal and went above and beyond for us. When we arrived we discovered that one of our suitcase locks was broken, and they sent someone up with tools to help us get in to it. We loved the breakfast each morning and rooftop patio. Very happy with our entire visit and will absolutely be back!"

"Charmerende slots-hotel. Kæmpe store værelser, med god komfort - enkle, måske tenderende lidt kedelige, men meget renlige. Det er en gammel bygning, og det giver både masser af charme og lidt udfordringer. Parkering lidt væk, men ikke et stort problem, dog bør vejen dertil repareres ASAP! Restauranten ligger med en fantastisk udsigt over dalen, og meget hyggeligt. Super god service og mad."

"Nice property, and really excellent support from the local contact. She gave great personal service when my wife’s flights were extremely delayed and she arrived very late. She also helped arrange local transport to the airport and facilitated paperwork smoothly. The apartment does need some minor maintenance, as the sink faucets and toilet seat were loose. And one of the door locks is tough to work . Other than those little quirks, excellent place. Highly recommended."

"Four major complaints 1. Communication was bad, we needed to communicate with three different numbers to gain access, and even then we were left waiting. 2. The apartment is a four story walk up through a dark stairwell 3. The apartment has no air conditioning and no good windows for ventilation. It is not usable on hot days. 4. We forgot quite a few items of clothing in a drawer in the apartment and notified them at 1pm on the day we checked out. They claim that nothing was found. We know it...

"Goed gelegen voor kort verblijf in Firenze. 15min van station, 15 min van centrum. Alles kan te voet gedaan worden. Accomodatie zelf rook niet fris. Toilet tussen lavabo en douche gepropt waardoor het zeker niet comfortabel zitten is. Rustig gelegen. Steile trap om naar boven te gaan."

"We were a bit surprised that the apartment is on the fourth floor (no elevator). Quietly situated and spacious, the terrace is small but nice! No dishwasher, locks on the bathrooms doesn’t work. Airco works very well, beds are comfy and WiFi is ok. At walking distance from a supermarket, and very good restaurants! "

"I was in Florence with my adult daughter. The location of the apartment is perfect. Literally minutes away from all the attractions and sites. Plenty of places to dine in the evening. The internet worked very well. The bathrooms are tight but functional. The kitchen is very spacious and well appointed with everything you need to have a dinner at home. A couple minor things. Buy paper towels/napkins to have on hand because there were none there. The interior bedroom has a beautiful stained glass...

"The unit was perfect for us. It was near the train and bus stations which made very convenient. It was clean and everything needed for a short stay or 5 days for us. The owner was quick to respond to questions, polite, understanding and eager to help. Thank you. There is A/C, fridge, stove and washer/dryer. Our only suggestion would be to write out instruction on how to properly use them."

"This was the best accommodation if you are traveling to Florence. The location is central to major tourist sites, close to amazing food, gelatto and drinks, not to mention about 5-10min from SMN train station. The host is exceptionally nice and meets you at the apartment. The space itself is spacious and clean with a street that is great enough for some good rest after a long day. I can truly say the only complaint was the water pressure but that was to be expected in a building that is historic...

"We had a wondeful stay in the apartment called "Falanghina" just off of the Ponte Vecchio. You can't beat the location. The apartment had all the main amenities we needed and was really great value for the price. You do need to carry your luggage up a few flights of stairs (It's not unusual for European buildings this old to not have elevators.) So be sure to plan for that. "
