This fine Tuscan-style apartment is part of a farmhouse in the Chianti hills. You can use the shared pool and the holiday home comfortably accommodates families,

The accommodation is located in the municipality of Gambassi Terme, a place characterised by its impressive flora and fauna. You can easily visit well-known tourist destinations from here, such as: San Gimignano (21 km), Volterra (35 km), Florence (45 km) and Pisa (70 km). Chianti Classico destinations such as Castellina and Radda can be reached within an hour's drive.

The apartment is comfortably and tastefully furnished. It is located in a detached barn and you can light the barbecue for a cosy evening of grilled delicacies. Take a dip in the shared pool and enjoy a breakfast of your choice on the atmospheric garden furniture.

Das Ferienhaus liegt an einem wunderschönen Ort, sah beim Betreten sehr schön und schön aus, gemütlich, viel Platz, ausgezeichnete Treppen nach oben, schöne Aussicht vom Schlafzimmer und liegt in einem wunderschönen Olivenhain. Doch leider stießen wir in den ersten beiden Tagen immer wieder auf überfällige Wartungsarbeiten: ein Küchenhahn, der kaum Wasser gab, das Fehlen von Besteck und Küchenhandtüchern, ein Gasbrenner, der nicht funktionierte, eine Dusche, die in 1000 Richtungen spritzte, außer leise nach unten , eine Pfanne mit nur einem Ohr, eine Tür, die wegen eines Defekts nicht verschlossen werden konnte. Die meisten Dinge wurden in den ersten beiden Tagen erledigt, ein neuer Wasserhahn, Besteck und Geschirrtücher, aber der Rest blieb. Leider hat das viel Energie gekostet. Kontakt hatten wir nur über WhatsApp, niemand (außer einem Krantechniker) kam vorbei, um es anzusehen oder zu besprechen. Schade, das Haus bietet so viele Möglichkeiten.
