"The only recommendations is to insure propane is filled and little one activities. We loved the home! Only thing that was a concern for wifey was the spiders but a water hose(on property fixed that) super responsive if you need anything! Maybe throw in 9 holes (lol jk) the golf course was making fun of me the whole time lol. Taught the babies to catch lightning bugs(fire bees to them). Overall we’d easily come back!!"

"It was just me needing a place to sleep for 3 nights in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Good on both counts & I slept good. Being a race weekend at Mid-Ohio, lodging rates were very high. This "Cozy cottage" was almost half the rate of a cheap hotel. Good value for 3 nights. Only a 18 minute drive to Mid-Ohio Raceway, so very easy commute. Checkin instructions should have made clear that the house address # given was not THAT house but is the cottage #-RR (rear) behind that house. Cottage was clean...

"The property was absolutely amazing! Sitting on the dock with the lights on and a fire nearby is how we ended every night. Also, the house itself is much bigger than we even thought! The owners even stopped by an restocked our wood pile which was awesome! Overall this is an amazing place to rent out, and is a contender to be a reoccurring annual guys trip location!"

"We checked in and was very satisfied the cleanliness of the house. We had some deer in back yard on the one morning and just sat and watched them. We drove to Mohican adventures which was about 25-30 min away. House is located in a very nice community. No issues with anything and will be booking in the future."

"Perfect quiet area... We took a walk along the road and neighbors were so nice. Didnt get a chance to enjoy the patio but i imagine the warm days it will be a nice view! Definitely child friendly, family friendly home... Not far from Mohican State Park and Honey Run Falls! "
