"Entiendo que es un error por parte de Expedía. No hubo alojamiento en este hotel porque al presentarme allí el encargado me indicó que están en obras, cuestión que pude comprobar, y no admitían huéspedes. Incluso me pregunto si Expedía me había cobrado el cargo por la habitación!!! Cosa que así fue. Inmediatamente trate de ponerme en contacto con personal de Expedía sin conseguirlo (ni asistente virtual y en persona). Mantuve unos mensajes de chat vía web sin éxito en poder hablar con alguna...

"Au calme face au parc, très propre, chambre sympa et bonne literie. petit bémol sur porte salle de bain qui ferme pas avec toilettes dedans !!! La GD applique de douche ne fonctionne pas correctement Une petite tablette au dessus de l'évier ou dans un angle pour poser affaires de toilette , du détail quoi. "My father and I arrived in Strasbourg on the third hottest day of the extreme heatwave; the following day was the hottest. We had a little trouble finding the hotel because my GPS routed me to a road that was closed, and it was only by accident that I turned onto the correct street. However, when I went inside to check-in, the woman who helped me was incredibly nice. She immediately gave me the code to the garage, told me to unload the car and get my dad inside to keep him cool and only then park and return to complete checking in. She also told me that if Dad had any trouble breathing or was uncomfortable that night, all I needed to do was tell them in the morning and they’d try to move our room to a lower floor (we were on the third floor). That following day, the French health minister warned people to stay indoors and limit outside activity, so we stayed in the hotel all day. Although no rooms have AC, the ground floor does, so we decided to camp out there for the afternoon. Many other guests did, as well. The next day, even though it was to be even hotter, we had but one chance to see the city. As we were checking out, the woman with whom I spoke told me we could let our car in the garage and go explore. She even showed me on the map the quickest way to get to the Strasbourg Cathedral, telling me that it is usually always cool inside and would be a good place to take Dad. We absolutely loved the room, the facilities and the people. The only thing we missed was a fan."
