Excellent stay with easy parking and close proximity to Vaduz. Self check in makes it easy to get in to the rooms and check out without additional hassle. Room was a good size and comfortable. No air conditioning however this is against Liechtenstein laws to use unnecessary air con and the hotel has been clear in communicating this. Bed is comfortable, nice bathroom and shower. Excellent amenities and amazing value for money.

Smart hotel, everything digitised. Linen is rough on the skin needs upgrading. Room has no A/C or maybe it was too difficult for us to figure out. It was so hot and uncomfortable to sleep and no reception staff was there to help. Lovely area and view is wonderful. Spacious great room.

It is hotel with really nice design. Appreciated parking with ecar chargers. Appreciated self checkin, although form was a bit long to complete. Breakfast was good, and got a bit too busy as it seems everyone have it included as there is not staff on reception.

We only stayed for one night. The hotel is not ideal if you are visiting Vaduz without at car but with a car at your disposal it is eacy to reach Vaduz and parking is right next to the hotel. We found it easy to check-in and out without staff and the breakfast was fine - not special, but the things you can expect.

The hotel was ok, clean, spacey rooms, nice shower. facilities included a laundry room, which was a plus. The breakfast was very limited, and we had to wait forever for the food to be replenished. No AC in the rooms, it was quite stuffy. Overall ok, for a 1 night stay.

Nice self check- in hotel. Not many choices to eat close by and hotel restaurant dinner menu is very limited. And expensive. Free breakfast was really good. No air conditioning. Nice workout area and sauna.

The hotel is OK so far. Modernly done. Rooms smart. Breakfast average. But the human interaction via the service hotline scared me. After the third call, I was sure it was AI. I would like to praise the service and customer orientation of Expedia and the personal commitment of the employees there. Even if there is only a chat, you can still feel a certain humanity and an effort to meet the needs of the guest This service orientation and helpfulness seems to me to have been completely lost at this hotel.

In general, I really like the property. The room is spatial and tidy. We got a mountain-facing room, and the view was awesome. I would recommend for people. Now my complaints. The hotel does not have staff, which means you have to auto-checkin (which is fine), and solve any issue remotely by phone. We got room 404, and I knew it was a bad sign as soon as I got the room number. Our room keys cannot open the door to the residence area. There is a door between lobby and residence area. The key worked for our room, and cannot let us in from lobby. We tried to make a few more additional keys and called staff for help, neither was helpful. We had to wait in the lobby to follow other residents. It was 1am but luck it was new year eve, a lot of people came late. I cannot imagine if it was a regular night, and how long would us wait. We asked other residents and all of their keys are fine. I don't know what's wrong, so I blame it on the room number, 404. Please check if there is anything wrong with this in the system.

Great hotel - automated check in was easier than expected. Free laundry right outside our door. Hotel restaurant is great. Only negative comment is we are not a fan of carpet in hotel rooms. Carpet was clean but prefer uncarpeted floors.

no fridge in room

no staff or reception makes it hard to get help. completely self-serve. no fridge in room when there's definitely space for it. The bathroom has that sort of layout that allows someone sitting in the bed to look at the other person while they take a shower.. keep that in mind when booking with friends.

Big room, great staff, up and coming hotel

Still in the process of being built. Everything was new and in excellent condition. The room itself was beautiful, with a nice view of the mountains. My only complaints: No mini fridge, no AC, when I opened the window for some cool air I realized just how many cars pass this building so I closed it back up because of the noise, and there is a window from the bedroom into the bathroom which causes light to come into the bedroom... This was inconvenient when I needed to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and the light in the bathroom woke my husband up in the bedroom. The staff were wonderful though and very accommodating. The room was huge and spacious. If you have your own car, it's convenient because the parking is free and because you can drive wherever you need to go. There isn't much in the location of this hotel. There is a beautiful bar in the hotel though. I don't believe there is room service offered because there wasn't a phone in the room. I think with a few tweaks, this hotel would be perfect.

Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Die Junior Suite wurde für vier Erwachsene auf Grundlage der veröffentlichten Hotelbilder gebucht. Diese vermittelten den Eindruck von zwei gleichwertigen Doppelbetten. Tatsächlich stellte sich nach der Buchung heraus, dass lediglich ein Doppelbett und ein Schlafsofa vorhanden sind. Diese Darstellung empfand ich als missverständlich. Ich habe das Hotel bereits vor Anreise schriftlich kontaktiert und um eine kulante Lösung gebeten, da die Buchungsentscheidung auf dieser Darstellung beruhte. Leider zeigte sich das Hotel nicht entgegenkommend und hielt an der nicht stornierbaren Rate fest. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass die Reservierung als No-Show gewertet und der vollständige Betrag einbehalten wurde, obwohl der Sachverhalt vorab kommuniziert und die Leistung aus den genannten Gründen nicht in Anspruch genommen wurde. Aus meiner Sicht fehlte es an Kundenorientierung und Bereitschaft zu einer fairen Lösung. Ich empfehle, Zimmerbeschreibungen und Bilder vor der Buchung sehr genau zu prüfen.
