"Very nice hotel. So close to the train station. A 2 minute walk. Wonderful full breakfast is included with beautiful out side seating on the 6th floor. Staff is so helpful. We needed a power converter and they were able to supply it no problem. Can't say enough about this wonderful hotel."

Thank you for having adequate windows and providing 2 desk fans which actually did a reasonable job cooling the room down. The beds were incredibly soft which you may think is a good thing but you feel like you are sinking into the mattress and is uncomfortable for your back, I have never experienced a softer bad. "One of the windows had popped.out of the frame and hence the room was not safe. Nobody told me the reception is in another building and fortunatly there was a girl came out of the building and she showed me that the reception is in another building about 100m from the accomodation. The communicatiin should have been better. The floor number is not in the card. Better to pht a notice on the entry door mentioning that the reception is 100m away as then everyone cone there know where to pick up the...
