Located 800 meters from the Yacht Club in the southern area. Beautiful oceanfront apartment. It has one bedroom with a 150 cm bed and a sofa bed in the living room. A fully equipped separate kitchen, a spacious living room with a glassed-in terrace, a toilet in the hallway, and a full en-suite bathroom. Maximum occupancy is 4 people (two adults and two children or three adults). The complex has a swimming pool and access for people with reduced mobility. Parking is available. Pets are not allowed. FAMILIES ONLY. Parties and any other activity that violates Neighborhood Coexistence regulations are not permitted.

Optional services to be paid on-site and reserved prior to arrival:
