Beachfront Gandia beach. BERMUDAS 8 Premium is a privately owned Luxury Seafront apartment situated on the promenade of beachfront Gandia Beach. The apartment is on the 8th floor so you have a wonderful view of the whole length of the beach. The promenade and beach are quite spectacular. The resort has direct access to the sandy beach, so you won’t have to cross any road. The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms, The Main room with access to the huge 15 m 2 glazed balcony. The glazed terrace can be opened all wide so the livingroom is quickly converted in terrace.Two twin rooms with a view to the swimming pool, 2 complet bathrooms, WC’s and wash-hand basins.One bathrom is with Shower and is ADAPTED FOR WHEELCHAIR.Satelitte T.V. Plama .D.V.D The apartment has a lift.The building has a swimming pool, tennis court and paddel a large terrace suitable for children to play for and sunbathing all the complex is renew. AIR-CONDITIONING AND CENTRAL HEATING,and WIFI free of charge.
