After talking to hotel staff at T A we were told we could go to a different hotel and be refunded. We have been given the run around since the moment we checked in, and immediately checked out and moved to this hotel you are reading the review on which was great. DO NOT stay at Tres Anclas."

"The pool is small but it is beautiful. Modern and with fantastic materials. Great for families. The room was clean and functional. We got a massive balcony. Was a bit pricey but felt it was the right place for us. Near the beach but need to walk 3 minutes to get there as no first line. Enjoyed it and we have good memories from it."

"Really clean hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bars, restaurants and shops nearby just a few minutes walk away. Beach lovely and clean and only 5 minutes walk away. Breakfast quite minimal and bed was hard for me are the only negatives. We only stayed for three nights - short breakfast. Would definitely recommend though."
