"We traveled to Gandia Beach to stay at Tres Anclas…. Whatever you do DO NOT Book there. The hotel should not even be listed. After talking to hotel staff at T A we were told we could go to a different hotel and be refunded. We have been given the run around since the moment we checked in, and immediately checked out and moved to this hotel you are reading the review on which was great. DO NOT stay at Tres Anclas."

"We choose the hotel as the outside areas looked spacious and also it appeared to have nice areas inside to use, including a restaurant. On arrival, we discovered the reality did not match the pictures. The hotel is basic, and the staff are friendly and that in itself is ok - the problem is you think you're getting somewhere more swish as the hotel has put up several images of areas that do not exist.
