The best thing of this hotel is the staff: friendly, helpful, good mannered, informative as much as they can. Excellent bunch of people.

Mieux vaut être prévenu

Le personnel a été très attentif et je n’ai absolument rien à reprocher de ce côté là. La chambre donnait sur une rue dont l’activité nocturne était vraiment dérangeante (3 clubs a moins de 50m de la fenêtre: El Seis, la Dolce Vita et Salones Bacarra). Le bruit est simplement insupportable (jusqu’à 3.00 du mat ensuite ils sont obligés de fermer les terrasses mais le son des basses se fait entendre jusqu’à la fermeture) L’hôtel nous avait envoyé un message pour nous prévenir qu’ils essayeraient de nous loger dans une autre chambre si cela était possible… mais ils n’ont pas pu. À part ça, l’hôtel se trouve à 200m de la plage, 100m du restaurant Chef Amadeo (meilleur paella d’Espagne).

Ubicación perfecta, me avisaron de que la habitacion elegida daba a la zona de ocio y habria ruido, dando opcion a cambiarla, la cambié pero en la fecha que he ido estaba todo en calma y solo estaban abierto los locales el sabado...trato muy amable y aparcada en la puerta...

Hay cosas mejorables

Para el precio que pagamos(85€) la habitación era pequeña, con una pequeña ventana. No estaba incluido el desayuno, lo tuvimos que pagar aparte. En cuanto a la limpieza de la habitación, todo estaba correcto. Esperábamos que el hotel tuviera piscina, como todos los que habían alrededor, pero bueno eso ya es subjetivo de cada uno.

Equipo profesional impecable

El hotel es pequeño y modesto pero lo suplen con un trato impecable. Hay mucha calidad humana en ese equipo de trabajo. La única pega que pondría era q se oía bastante a los vecinos de habitaciones contiguas. Por lo demás encantas. Remarcó de nuevo el impecable trato recibido por el personal del hotel. Muchas gracias
