First line apartment with side views and in the center of the beach promenade of Gandía beach. The complex has a swimming pool, children's pool and tennis court

Apartment with 3 bedrooms with lateral sea views, consists of:
3 bedrooms with 2 beds each

Living room with sofa bed for 1 person.

Equipped independent kitchen

full bathrooms with shower.

Swimming pool, children's pool and tennis court. (I use tennis court € 2 hour.)

EQUIPPED: with TV, microwave, toaster, washing machine, refrigerator, iron, ironing board.
WE SUPPLY: Bed linen, washbasin and shower towels, utensils, cutlery and crockery.
Underground public garage at 100 m, to be paid by the customer if needed.

Vamos a ir detallando los puntos. Fuimos en Semana santa , hizo muy bien tiempo. 1. En el apartamento no hay ni calefacción, ni aire acondicionado ,ni si quiera tienen mantas. 2. Apenas tienen menaje en la cocina 3. En el sofá da asco sentarse por que tiene una funda que huele fatal. 4. Las camas son súper incómodas 5. Uno de los baños, sólo con lavarte la cara se atasca , y el olor en los dos baños es horroroso, tuvimos q cerrar uno por que nos daban hasta alcadas. 6. No lo recomiendo a nadie que quiere un mínimo de limpieza y confort. 7. Situación inmejorable.
