No young groups are accepted (under 30 years old).
Studio apartment on the first line of Gandia Beach, located on the 9th floor with fabulous views of the sea and beach. East-Southeast orientation. It has a double bedroom with built-in wardrobe, a bathroom with shower tray, practical kitchen office connected to the living-dining room. Large terrace with East orientation facing the sea. WIFI SERVICE INCLUDED.
NO PETS ALLOWED.
The INFANTE building offers a community pool with a marked children's pool, common areas with swings and tennis court. It is located on the first line, a step away from the seafront promenade, between the Bayren hotel and the Ducal Colony. All types of services are available in its surroundings.
Practically and functionally furnished, and equipped with washing machine, microwave and television. Capacity 2/4 people.
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster and hairdryer are not standard! If any of these are essential to you, don't forget to bring them!
Key collection will be made at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 XERACO BEACH, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable.
In case of bringing pets, they must pay a supplement of €5/night/pet.
Gandia beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marjal. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, in the NORTH ZONE of Gandia beach where ROMA XIV is located, is a virgin beach without buildings, notable for its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants are found, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practiced on beaches, sea arms and rivers.

Unas vistas increíbles y cómodo.

La terraza y la ubicación, perfectas. Ya que no dispone de aire acondicionado, por lo menos el tener un ventilador en la casa. Lo más cómodo es dormir en la terraza. Pero por lo demás muy buen trato con serviplaya muy majos y el apartamento muy bien. Lo necesario y útil.
