Coqueto apartamento estudio en primera línea de la Playa de Gandia, situado en 4ª planta con vistas fabulosas al mar y a la playa. Apartamento de orientación Sur, así también la terraza. Tiene un dormitorio doble con ventilador de techo, un baño con plato de ducha, práctica cocina con barra americana al salón-comedor. Desde este se accede a una gran terraza equipada con toldo/cortina, con fabulosas vistas al mar y a la montaña. Incluye servicio WIFI. El edificio INFANTE cuenta con piscina comunitaria con charco infantil, zonas comunes con columpios para los pequeños y pista de tenis. Está situado en primera línea de la Playa de Gandía, a un paso del paseo marítimo, entre el hotel Bayren y “La Colonia Ducal”. En sus inmediaciones hay todo tipo de servicios.
Se admiten mascotas bajo petición, peso máximo 12 kg (conlleva suplemente 5 €/noche/mascota)
A la recogida de llaves deberán depositar una fianza de 150 € para cubrir posibles desperfectos o perdida de llaves. Está se devolverá 24/48 horas trás la devolución de las llaves y después la revisión del apartamento.
La playa de Gandia ofrece servicio de socorrismo en temporada alta, la pendiente de entrada al agua es suave, ideal para los peques y los más mayores. Hay gran variedad de chiringuitos de playa, restaurantes, heladerías, supermercados, prensa, farmacia, y otros muchos servicios.
Incluye cambio ropa de cama quincenal.

La situación es perfecta Lo que mejoraría o cambiaría es el sofá cama, es incomodísimo. Mejorar la mampara de ducha y la puerta de entrada las cerraduras son difíciles de abrir.
