Apartamento situado en quinta planta (con ascensor), tiene terraza de orientación Este (con toldos) con fabulosas vistas a las zonas comunes y piscina. Tiene tres dormitorios dobles (cama de matrimonio y cuatro camas individuales) todos ellos con ventiladores de techo, salón-comedor, cocina independiente y dos baños (uno con plato de ducha).
El apartamento está equipado con TV, lavadora y microondas. Plaza de garaje incluida en el precio.
SE ADMITEN MASCOTAS bajo petición (peso máximo 10kg).
NO SE ADMITEN GRUPOS DE GENTE JOVEN EN EDADES INFERIORES A TREINTA AÑOS.
A la recogida de llaves deberán depositar una fianza de 150 € para cubrir posibles desperfectos o perdida de llaves.
