"This is definitely a hotel I would return to on my next trip to Korea! The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a different menu every day, which I really appreciated. The only minor inconvenience was that the swimming pool required a reservation and had limited hours, but I plan to book it in advance next time. All the staff were incredibly kind and explained everything in detail, which made the stay even more pleasant. The parking lot is spacious, and the elevators are easy to access, so getting around the building is very convenient. One of the biggest advantages is that the hotel building itself has many restaurants and fun spaces for kids, along with great amenities like a convenience store, hospital, and pharmacy—all in the same building, so you don’t have to go far. The surrounding area is quiet since it’s mostly office buildings. If you don’t have a car, I highly recommend using the hotel shuttle—it makes getting to nearby stations and bus stops very easy and comfortable. Since we stayed for a week, the laundry facilities were a huge plus. They have both washers and dryers, and everything worked perfectly—plus they use Samsung machines, which was great. Overall, we had a wonderful stay without a single inconvenience. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again on my next trip to Korea!"

"It’s a nice hotel, especially the location—very close to COEX Mall and right in front of the subway station. The cleaning staff are very kind, and there’s a good laundry room as well; I just wish they had a few more machines."
