"Smile is a great place to stay, as it’s nearby Seoraksan. Restaurants are in walking distance. Provides all the amenities one would need to prepare for your hiking adventure. It was warm, pleasant and inviting as was the host, Mrs.Kim, whom we adored. The heating pad provided on the bed made for a cozy night’s rest. You might even get lucky enough to catch up to the family pet (Owoli), patrolling the neighborhood. Recommended and definitely coming back to Smile when we return 😊🫰⛰️🍁🐕❤️"

"The area is a brilliant location. I came during the snowy season. The hotel lady was kind enough to get the room warm by turning on the heater before we came. However, the shower water was at best lukewarm during my morning shower the following day. The water didn't heat up really."
