"I made the reservation six months in advance, and after paying 90 euros just for transportation to get up there, the owner wasn’t answering the phone and the door was closed. With two kids, luggage, the hot summer weather, and this worst case scenario combined, it made us hate Lake Como itself. Absolute worst hotel do not ever go here."

"Our last night in Malpensa was the most comfortable. In all the other hotels across Europe, it was hit or miss if they had air conditioning in the room. We wanted a good night sleep without waking up in a sweat. This was one of the few hotels that had air conditioning in the room as well as the public areas. In addition, we were picked up from the airport after taking the train from Milan Grand Centrale Station and taken back to the airport the following morning. It is a short ride to the airport with a 5 Euro fee, each way, per person. The message sent prior to our stay outlining the procedure for the ride was helpful and everything was smooth. The staff were helpful. We would definitely stay here again."
