Front desk Staff are really very friendly, patient in giving me directions to tourist spots. Child had fun at the heated pool with great view! "An enormous resort with a huge rooftop area. A karaoke room, laundry facilities. The staff were so lovely and gave us a gift for Parent’s day and also a great recommendation for a Jeju black pork bbq restaurant. There are pools at the hotel too but there emptied because it was colder weather. There is a cafe and restaurant located nearby but you will need a car to get to nearby areas where there are shops and restaurants. The room itself was huge and more like an apartment with two bedrooms and a kitchen."

"Beautiful interior space, delicious food, kind & responsible staff. The only problems I had were the bar menu ( only wine, sake, and soju ) and my room's sliding doors' condition; I couldn't completely close the sliding door to the garden because the left side door was a little forward toward the interior side and it doesn't align with the right side door."
