"The apartment is situated exactly where you want to be when you’re visiting Paris ! There are 3 flights of stairs but it’s well worth it! Heat was comfortable all rooms and perfect for my winter travel. Had everything I needed for my stay! Paris is beautiful, and if you have 1 to 2 small kids, this apartment will work great for you! Everything was clean and ready to use ! I would definitely stay again! "

"The apartment is just as described. We had 2 families, 9 total, and it was nice having somewhat separate areas with one area being a little larger to gather. The neighborhood felt safe and Had plenty of cafes, restaurants and grocery stores to grab take away within easy walking distance. We would stay here again. Thank you for the hospitality!"

"The owner,Eric,cancelled our reservation 3 days, before our departure,without any reason given.We had to scramble to find another place,to stay,& had to settle,on something,outside the city.This was not very convenient,for sightseeing & we had to take taxi's everywhere.We missed our $250 dinner cruise on the Seine,because no taxi's were available.Some drivers ripped us off big time.We will never return to Paris."
