Der Betrieb des Hotels hat durch Instandhaltungsarb. gestört

Pros: Das Haus liegt in der Nacht ruhig. Die Wohnung und die Gemeinschaftsanlagen sind gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel und gut durchdacht. Die Vermieterin ist gut ansprechbar, sehr freundlich und reagiert sofort auf Anfragen und Fehlermeldungen. Cons: Die ungebremst Lärmbelästung durch 4-tägige Stemm-, Bau- und Kärcherarbeiten des angrenzenden Hotels. Deren Geschäftsleitung denkt nicht an die Belange in der Nachbarschaft.
