Our group of 4 families and 3 singles (a mix of 17 adults and children) stayed here for several days mid-December. We loved the accommodations--plenty of bedrooms, with many generously-sized walk-in closets that easily double as a separate space for a baby in a portable crib.
There was plenty of parking right outside the front door, and it was nice to have access to garage parking in the winter. Additionally, from here it's easy access to the main road through town, which in turn has easy access to skiing at Beaver Mountain Ski Area a mere 20 minutes away. That's why we came.
We can't speak to local amenities because we came fully prepared for our time here, and appreciated the ample pantry, fridge, and freezer space. The well-stocked kitchen made it easy to prep, serve, and clean up meals, and we loved the adjacent dining room with plenty of space for us all, but also utilized the island seating and kitchen dining table when that made more sense. There were even plastic dishes for kids--a very nice touch.
The hot tub was amazing after a day of skiing. But the best part was the three giant family rooms that made it easy for everyone to have a spot while we talked and played games at night.
I've never been to this part of Utah before and was pleasantly surprised. I think a summer vacation at this property would be fun, with its beautiful back yard, fun deck spaces, lots of outdoor toys, and proximity to mountains and lake. I would definitely return to this property.
