"Not a good winter property. Two story with NO heat on the first floor (Kitchen, power room and dinning table) very small coffee pot (two pots needed for 3 people), address wrong in emails. Very good property manager( Matt), empty garage for vehicle especially during second day when it snowed all day and night, upstairs sitting area since 1st floor was too cold ( no heater) "

"Great location. The Adventure park and town close. The house and property met our needs. The grill was not working but they sent someone to service within 20 minutes and saved our family meal. Pool facility was nice. The only thing is you need to understand that the heater only does the pool or the jacuzzi at a time, so you just need to take a look at the schedule that is posted. Kitchen great with everything."

"The property manager was so friendly and easy to communicate with. The property was so spacious and clean. Sometimes our kiddos didn’t even want to leave the property because they loved it so much! Definitely would recommend and hope to be back!"

"The location was perfect: just off the road leading to the ski area, and close to the supermarket and the gas station. Garage is a big plus in the winter. The place had everything we needed for a family stay, plenty of space, laundry machines - overall, it made our vacation run very comfortably and smoothly."

"The house is nice and modern. Dog friendly but there were plants with burrs everywhere. There are actually 5 bedrooms so a lot of people could stay there. Being able to go to the Ideal Beach Resort was awesome. It ends up being expensive if you only have 1 or 2 families, so having more would help to divide up the costs."

"A wonderful lake front getaway. Very peaceful and had every thing we needed. We enjoyed looking out on the lake and relaxing. We we able to get some great pictures of aurora borealis. We would diffinately stay there again."

"This was the ski vacation my brother and I take annually. The skiing was absolutely great. But there were no clues given that the town of Garden City basically closes for the winter. Most restaurants and bars are closed during the winter months. Those that were open were lacking. Good people, yes. Bad food, yes. The VRBO was just fine fortunately."

"Little did we know that we would book our stay during a week long snow storm but this place exceeded our expectations while there. Having plenty of board games, arcades, a pool table and foosball table was great to keep our crew occupied during the weather. The owners are so helpful with any questions that we had and shared so much information to help us out. The home is such a beautiful place to stay and the views are amazing. We will be back! Thanks for the wonderful memories."

"This stay was absolutely fantastic! This townhouse is in the perfect location and right by all the fun in town. It was the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in and a very nice place. Had everything we could’ve asked for. Host was great and left us a little goody bag which we loved! Overall, 10/10! You will not be disappointed!"

They supplied each bathroom with toilet paper, plenty of towels, and shampoo/conditioner. The kitchen is stocked well, and has a cupboard with many spices. The basement rec room is unbelievably fun for adults and children. We found our selves playing 4 and 6 square the most, and it was extremely competitive. The closest store has anything needed and is close...

"Five stars does not say enough about this property. Gorgeous house and a wonderful host/property manager. We found the home to be immaculate and well stocked for our stay. Jake was available and very responsive to questions, and he went above and beyond to try to accommodate things outside of his control due to the weather. A must stay if you are in the area."
