"Public was in probably one of the best neighborhoods in all of New York, it was so accessible to get everywhere by foot, subway and uber. The two airports are only 30 minutes away and the hotel offers a cool nightlife as well I didn't need to venture too far from. "Room was clean. Housekeeping did a good job. However, bathroom was a bit outdated.
Elevator waits were too long. It didn't seem like all elevators were in working order.
There were sometimes long lines at the front desk. I feel that more front desk staff was needed."
