"By far this was the best hotel stay i have ever had. Firstly, security is amazing. There are 3 pin codes you have to enter to get to the room. Wasn't a very nice area but it is close to downtown. Just wished I would've stayed at a different hotel. The Iris next door is a sister-property, can't imagine it's much better.

Go to River Street Sweets Shop and take the elevator on the right (outside) side of the Hyatt Hotel where the Iris Shuttle drops and picks you up. Take the DOT free bus throughout the Historic District, Savannah
