"This is a very beautiful hotel and has amazing safari grounds. Rooms are beautiful, clean and inviting. Overall very expensive for what you get and has a lot of hidden fees on arrival. It is a shame that things such as breakfast or activities are not included or discounted with the significant cost of a room per night. "Best property with excellent location and amazing service by each and every individual. Great extensive menu at the all day restaurant. Chef made very delicious food for Breakfast lunch and dinner. My wife is vegetarian and she enjoyed every dish Chef prepared for her. We really had relaxed 5 nights at the VIEWS . We also enjoyed the spa and massage. Planning to stay at VIEWS next year. We really appreciate the great hospitality by the staff from beginning to end."

"Our visit was short and sweet as we were travelling through to another destination. The highlight was the morning sunrise with a beautiful view of the lake. I probably expected a different feel to the hotel but perhaps it was because we arrived late. We ran a bath but had to drain it because it had a dirty rim from previous use.
