The advertisement for the "motel" portion of the property is vastly incorrect; tiny room with paper thin walls, probably the smallest TV I've ever seen, no wifi and an incredibly dirty (with half a roll of TP total) bathroom with mildew-smelling towels. Extremely over-priced for what you're actually getting. To top it off, the staff upon check in were extremely unwelcoming, barely greeted us when we walked in...WE had to say hello and ask questions. Then upon check out WE then again had to ask what we needed to do with the room key because no one even looked up from their desk, said anything, etc when we walked in.
