"Honestly, I would rate this hotel 3.5. The staff was helpful which pushes up my rating but the hotel itself is a bit worn down. You have to pay 20€ per person to use the sauna/small pool…which is a bit much for what it is. The location was quiet. It is a 20 minute flat walk into Sanremo. I would be better if they updated the decor and added a wine hour in the evening. The small bottle of prosecco on the first night was nice. The bathroom could really use a refresh."

"This is a fantastic property, you feel you are still in 1890 with the interior kept to that standard and time. Wonderful seating areas with a 1900 bar make you feel Poirot will come around a corner. Breakfast is served in a grand hall makes you think you are dining with royalty. We'll lo e to come back in the near future"

"From check-in to checkout, our experience at Hotel Paradiso was wonderful. I was immediately taken with the charm and beauty of the property. If Sanremo itself weren’t so charming, I might never have left—except for the beach, which the staff kindly helped us reserve! The pool, the food and, above all, the staff made our stay feel special. Our room was on the smaller side, but it opened onto a lovely veranda with a beautiful statue standing with her back to us, gazing out toward the sea. It’s one of those details that stays with you long after you’ve returned home. Hotel Paradiso was a beautiful part of our time in Sanremo. We would absolutely return."

"Both elegant and charming in decor, the Royal invites you to sit back and unwind. Beautiful dining facilities with ocean views, fine food, friendly servers make it the perfect place for special Prosecco toasts. Rooms have a luxurious atmosphere and are quiet for restful sleep. Swimming pool has both adult and children areas to enjoy. And the warm welcome and goodbye we received encourage us to return."

"We loved our stay here. The staff were super helpful and made us feel welcome. Breakfast in the courtyard was lovely and the free bikes were a nice perk. Despite a bit of mildew in the shower, the rest of the property was super clean & well maintained."

"We had a fantastic New Year stay in Sanremo. Our hosts were wonderful—responsive from the moment we booked through checkout. Andrea greeted us on arrival and took the time to walk us through the apartment so we’d have an easy and comfortable stay.The rooftop terrace was a highlight for us. Even in winter, it was the perfect spot for evening drinks with beautiful sea views and a great look at the activity in town. The kitchen was well equipped, and we enjoyed cooking dinner each night before relaxing in the cozy living room after exploring the area.The location couldn’t be better—an easy walk to parks, the boardwalk, the beach, and everything you might need in town.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property."
