"Overall, the property is very located with easy walkability to town. There is also ample parking around to store your vehicle and an attached garage. The main draw-back was around cleanliness. The garage should have been at least leaf-blown. It was quite dirty even for a garage. Additionally, while in the bathroom there was a mouse that crawled under the door.
