"We stayed at the 1099 HWY 89 Queen studio appartment. This place is amazing with amazing views of the Yellowstone River. The space was exceptionally clean and spacious with new appliances and included a washer and dryer. We highly recommend this property!"

"We were very happy with our stay here. The rooms were large and very well maintained. We actually had a room overlooking the river which was awesome. Its an easy walk into town to explore or shop. There were several restaurants in walking distance. It was very convenient to the north entrance of Yellowstone which was why we picked it. The fireplace at the entrance was charming and they give out free s'more kits in the evening. If in the area we will definitely stay here again!"

"It was a good location for walking to restaurants and shopping. No continental breakfast as advertised. It was orange juice, coffee or tea and donuts, sweet rolls and sweet muffins. Too much sugar for senior citizens' breakfast. No fruit, no yogurt, no cereal, no bagels or bread. :( "

"Reception was good, so nice to enter a warm room. The rooms are small but comfy, noises can be heard quite easily though at night. Close to dining and fantastic view. "

"The unit seemed slapped together, with pipes sticking out from the ceiling and an unfinished look and feel (nothing to h old the toilet paper in one bathroom). With our friend we had rented 2 units and both seemed to cost double what they should have. We go to Yellowstone every other year and stay in various locations. If we are in Gardiner again we would not choose this place (unless they cut their prices by half)"

"I were not impressed with the two nights we stayed at this hotel/ river suits. The check in room is under some stairs. You walk right into an office. Staff was nothing more than they needed to be: Not a warm welcome. We felt that the pictures the property advertised with with does not match the reality of what you get. - Rooms were not clean. Dust and spots - Beds were small. Sofa bed was terrible and unusable to sleep in. - bathroom were small and not very inviting. The list goes on."

"No onsite parking. only one side entrance to queen bed. High price for minimum space."
