Yellowstone Retreat Rentals UB: two blocks from Yellowstone!

Welcome to Yellowstone Retreat Rentals! Built in 2021, our two bedroom one bathroom apartments carry all the necessities you need to visit Yellowstone. The apartment is located only four blocks from the historic Roosevelt Arch, the North Entrance to Yellowstone. We are also located a few blocks from Arch Park, which provides grills, a gazebo and picnic tables, and the neighborhood elk that tend to hang out there. With our convenient location, you will also be close to all of the wonderful shops and restaurants our little town has to offer. We have BRAND NEW MATTRESSES delivered in April of 2025.
As mentioned above, each unit has two bedrooms and one bathroom. It also has a laundry room, washer and dryer, with laundry soap and dryer sheets provided (nice for those guests who have been traveling for a bit!). There is a queen bed in each bedroom, and there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. We provide extra blankets, pillows, and sheet sets for the sleeper sofa. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, as well as hairdryer and towels provided. We have a full kitchen with a full size oven, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. All of the basic kitchen essentials are provided along with dish soap. You cannot carry bear spray on the airplane, which is why we provide it for you! It is located above the microwave in the kitchen. Parking in Gardiner can be a struggle - not here! There is one parking spot per unit provided, right in front of the building. There is also a paved handicapped spot right in front of our ADA unit for those in need of it.

Some important things to note :
*We DO NOT provide cable TV. We have Smart TVs and you have the ability to log in to any streaming service you carry. We have the best WIFI plan available to accommodate our working travelers and those who want to relax with a movie after a long day in the park.
*Our air conditioning unit (our AC is not central air) is located in the living room, and tower fans are provided in the closet of each bedroom.
*If you are sensitive to noise, we would recommend getting a top floor unit. We worked with our contractor to do all we can to prevent noise transference, but these are apartments with two upper units, and two lower units. We also enforce quiet time from 10pm-7am, and no parties are allowed at our apartment.
*For our ADA unit: The countertops and cabinets are lower, and there is no under sink storage in the bathroom or kitchen to accommodate our guests in wheelchairs.

We are a small family business, and love what we do. We take great pride in our business, and want to provide each guest with a 5 star experience! We call this beautiful place our home, and sharing it with our guests is a great pleasure. Please inquire with any questions you may have, we look forward to seeing you soon!

Great Base for Yellowstone

Great property and location. Just outside North gate of Yellowstone. Easy drive down from Bozeman airport. Great host and very responsive to our questions. Has air conditioning, great for those times where it is warm.

Wonderful stay!

We loved our stay and would definitely return to this property! The place was stocked with everything we needed and it was very clean. Location was perfect for a Yellowstone trip - just two minutes to the park gate and also walking distance to several restaurants, which was convenient after a long day in the park. Communication with the host was great and we even saw a mom with a newborn elk right across the street, which was a highlight for our kids.

Excellent location!

The apartment was adorable. It was a great size and was stocked with everything you would need. The location was perfect - just outside the gates of Yellowstone & within walking distance of the shops & restaurants. We would highly recommend this unit.

The accommodation was exactly as advertised. It looked brand new, was clean and well equipped with towels, bedding and kitchen accessories. We stayed with our daughter and her husband and used it as a home base for our trips in the park. It was a great location and we would stay there again!

This unit is exceptional! Exactly as described online. The location is 1/4 mile to North entrance of Yellowstone. The unit is in walking distance to restaurants in Gardiner. . I would highly recommend this unit for a family of four or two couples.

Everything you want in a home away from home.

We liked the open floor plan. TV is only streaming which isn’t a bad thing. You are on vacation. Beds are very comfortable and the shower was great. Kitchen appliances were excellent and it was well stocked with everything you need. Washer and dryer were great. I recommend it for anyone wanting to stay close to the north entrance to Yellowstone.

The strong reviews are justified. While the complex is by no means lavish, it is an ideal strategic location, extremely clean, generally spacious and communication was stellar. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Only “wish” is that there was an outdoor grill for cooking. One for fhe 2 building complex would be ideal.

The entire process was perfect. The initial reservation was smooth. Host communicated timely from check-in to check-out. The facility was very clean and well maintained. It had all the standard ammenties one would need for a long term rental (1 week). The unit was within walking distance of most shops, restraunts and entertainment. The unit was accurately portrayed in the pictures (even better in person to be honest). Be prepared to walk out the door and see elk in the parking lot though!!

Yellowstone Getaway

The property was ideal for us. It was comfortable, clean, and in an ideal location. We were in walking distance to several restaurants and shops. We were literally blocks from the park entrance. Since we had never been to Yellowstone, it was perfect for us. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect stay next to Yellowstone. Jayme & Jarrett's place was clean, spacious, and cozy. There was everything one might need: two bedrooms, a very nice living area, kitchen utensils, a dishwasher, spices and other things for cooking, a washing machine, a hair dryer, shampoo, a place for parking, and even bear sprays. Hosts were welcoming, provided clear instructions, and were very responsive. Our whole group was very happy to find such a place, and we are definitely recommending it to anyone going to Yellowstone.

Gateway to Yellowstone

This property was wonderful. Very spacious, clean, new, inviting and had that Montana ranch vibe. Located in a quaint town with the entrance to Yellowstone just down the road. We even had deer meandering down the street! I would highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay there again.
