"This property was located about 45 minutes from The Great Sand Dunes NP visitor center. The home was very private, clean and well provisioned. Our favorite spot was the deck off of the loft which had a wonderful view of the mountains as well as the sunrise. The wrap around deck also had a great view where you could watch the sun set. There were many extras that added to the uniqueness of the rental. We would highly recommend it."

The cabin was very well maintained and equiped with anything you could think of from games to all the kitchen fixins tou can think of. Tammy and Phillip greeted us with open arms and treated us as part of their family. Two Bears Ranch property is surrounded by national forest, so the opportunities are endless. "we stayed on this property in July 2023. We had two couples and one individual. This property was cramped and not clean, and also very dark downstairs. The beds t downstairs were very uncomfortable. Bathroom downstairs very small. The cook wear was very old. I actually found mouse droppings in the crockpot that I was hoping to use. Mouse traps several places. Towels very old and raggedy. The upstairs was roomy, comfy bed, but had issues with the toilet flushing and no towels supplied up there....

"Great stay. Be aware that the closest town/grocery store is about 20-30 minutes away. We stopped on the way in so we were prepared. Cabin was absolutely amazing and the host are very thoughtful in case you are not 100% prepared they get you by until.you can stock up. 100% recommended for a little piece n quite. Snowed for Christmas which made it even better for the family. Kids enjoyed playing in the snow and seeing the wild life roam."

"What a lovely little cabin. This was exactly as presented online and had extra amenities that weren’t listed. The view out the windows of the cabin was across a meadow with a creek running through it and green tree covered mountains in the background. In three days we saw elk in the meadow 5 times. Excellent common areas and air hockey was a fan favorite too. Highly recommended! "

"I can not say enough about how perfect this space was. The views were beautiful and the location was so close to everything we wanted to do. The animals were adorable and we loved doing a tour and getting to give them treats. It was just my boyfriend and I, but I see how this would also be great for families or pets! 10/10 would recommend to anyone and would stay again in a heartbeat!"

"Not to miss sunsets and sunrises in the valley that you only find when camping here! And being a dark sky park allows the stars to dazzle you at night. Great accommodations and location. The staff is super nice. Only downside is how close the tents are. We came on a holiday weekend and the place was full. Lots and lots of kids running screaming, which made it not so restful for us quiet types. But all of the views made up for the bad people experience."
