"Upon arrival the desk clerk was rude and when I told her I couldn't hear or understand what she was saying/mumbling in a heavy accent she just rolled her eyes and went on as if I was a bother and interrupted her day. Then we learned we had to pay $18 per night for parking. There was no mention of that when we booked the room for over $300 per night. The room was comfortable enough. Doubtful that we would stay here again because of the awful experience our stay started off with though."

"Pictures did not match what the place actually looked like. It was not very clean. Minimal parkjng, the place smelled bad. Rooms were so small, beds were so small. Overall cleanliness was not great. Do not recommend "

"Breakfast was good Room was dusty, outdated. Shower squealed the whole time it was on. TV was TINY and also outdated. Staff was fine - but my room was not what I booked on Expedia. I booked a double bed room and was given a King room in a completely sold out hotel. So no options for a change. Was very disappointed in this. "

"Our room was very clean and the staff was welcoming. The breakfast buffet was ok. There was ample parking and conveniently located to everything we wanted to do without being directly in town. I would recommend "

"They have a nice little breakfast each morning. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Great central location for walking around downtown Gettysburg or getting to the battlefield. Found the bed to be a bit uncomfortable but that's personal preference. Walls are thin and it can be easy to hear neighbors but fortunately the clientele is generally quiet. Shower made an annoying squealing sound. Minor inconveniences that didn't detract from a wonderful trip. Plan to stay here again on future visits."

"The best thing I can say about this place is the bed was clean and comfortable. All the fixtures were rusty, the chair was ripped up and overall generally unclean. I would have left even without a refund if it hadn’t been so late already."
