With a view of the lake, "Villa Artista" in Gardone Riviera is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The two-storey property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and four bathrooms, accommodating up to six people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fan, heating, a washing machine, and a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The ground floor is suitable for guests with limited mobility, as there are no steps and there is a bedroom with an accessible bathroom.



The villa features a private outdoor area with a pool, whirlpool, garden, two open terraces, a covered terrace, a balcony, and an outdoor shower. The property is surrounded by a 12,000 sqm park; please note that the estate is not fenced. Four parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed if well behaved and for an extra fee. The property offers step-free access.
