"We had a lovely time. The hotel is set in very scenic surroundings, the interior keeps its country house feel and is both welcoming and homely. The staff are very friendly and the menu is great, the food cooked well and very tasty. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family and we'll be going back if we get opportunity to. "

"Convenient location, walkable to shops, restaurants and the train station. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Lack of sanitary waste bin in the bathroom was a bit odd. There's an open top general waste bin in the actual room and hygiene bags but not really ideal if you're sharing a room."

"Was a bit unsure of what to expect as a 50yo but this place was fantastic & I didn’t feel out of place whatsoever. The staff are super friendly & helpful. Our room was really comfy (designed with neurodiversity in mind). I think my bed was actually a hospital type bed but it was sooo comfy & I could change mattress settings etc. The room was also voice activated too which was quirky. You can use the communal kitchen too to make yourself drinks and prepare food etc. They provide tea and coffee and odd bits to help yourself to but bring your own milk. I really would recommend this hostel. I also liked the fact that monies from guests goes back in to the project. Hostel is situated close to centre and near Victorian quarter so easy to walk in to central Leeds and First Direct arena to. "

"We had a nice warm welcome on arrival . Breakfast was pretty good served by a well mannered woman and it was freshly cooked . The room was clean bed was comfortable shower was powerful and hot. The only downside and this is not the ibis it’s the pub that’s in front Prince William it was pretty poor. "
