Die Wohnung liegt perfekt! 5 Minuten runter zum See und 5 Minuten hoch zum nächsten Dorf wo sich Läden befinden wo auch die einheimischen einkaufen! Ja, die Straße die als Rennstrecke von Motorrädern und Autos genutzt wird ist laut, aber wir fanden es nicht schlimm sondern spannend! Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist wahnsinnig schön und genau so wie auf den Bildern. Der Garten könnte etwas gepflegter sein, aber für unsere Hunde war es ein Paradies!!! Kurzum ein wunderschöner Urlaub!!! Der Garten könnte gepflegter sein und in der Wohnung könnte etwas besser geputzt werden.

Die Bilder aus dem Inserat sind sehr vorteilhaft für den Mieter eingestellt. Die Räumen sind wesentlich kleiner als dargestellt. Maximal für 3 Personen nutzbar. Davon maximal 2 Erwachsene. Der Fernseher hängt auf 2,50m Höhe und hat eine Diagonale von 30 cm oder ähnlich. Auch wenn wir das sowieso nicht nutzen, sollte man es erwähnen hier. Therotisch ist das gute Stück nur als "Radio" nutzbar. Zusätzlich weitere Probleme. Die Matratzen sind wirklich das allerschlechteste was wir jemals erlebt haben. Im EG gibt es durchgelegene Federkernmatrazen. Jede einzelne Feder spürt man, und ich bin echt nicht empfindlich. Aber das ist wirklich grauenvoll. Die Matrazen oben sind leicht besser, aber komplett durchgelegen. Sowas in einer Ferienwohnung zu platzieren ist das allerletzte. Der allergrößte Knackpunkt ist aber die Parkplatzsituation, und sich der daraus ergebende Transport der Koffer. Geparkt wird unten auf der Straße. Die ganzen Koffer müssen über ein langes ungepflastertes Gartenstück einen sehr Steilen Hang hinauf getragen werden. Der Hinweis gehört definitiv in die Beschreibung. Die Wohnung ist für ältere, schwache Leute, Leute mit Kinderwagen oder Menschen mit Behinderung nicht nutzbar. Das ist ein absolutes No-Go. Deshalb auch nur die Bewertung mit einem Stern. Ist aus unserer Sicht nicht so vermietbar.

Das kleine Häuschen hat eine tolle Lage, leider ist der Weg vom Autoparkplatz zum Haus etwas mühsam.

Die Lage und der Blick zum See ist traumhaft. Auch wenn die Unterkunft direkt an einer Straße liegt, war es Nachts doch angenehm ruhig. Eine Spülmaschine wäre toll. Auch der Duschkopf sollte mal erneuert werden.
