Beautiful Belvedere

We have just had the most amazing 4 days at this beautiful villa. It was absolutely spotless, the facilities were first class and the views from the garden were stunning! Lake Garda is just beautiful and this property is perfectly located to access all towns around the lake. We drove 30 minutes to limone sul Garda which is stunning and from there took a boat across the lake to Malcesine which was just 9 euros! We will definitely return and wouldn’t hesitate to book villa Belvedere again.

Der Name ist Programm bei dieser schönen Ferienwohnung! Traumhafter Blick auf den Gardasee und die umliegenden Berge, sowohl tags als auch nachts.Idealer Ausgangspunkt für schöne Wanderungen und auch zum Fahrradfahren.Der Vermieter ist jederzeit gut zu erreichen und reagiert schnell (wir hatten einen Internetausfall, der schnell behoben wurde).Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, alles da, was man braucht - es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine (die nicht aufgelistet ist).

Die Wohnung liegt in den Bergen. Die Aussicht auf den Gadarsee ist traumhaft.Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und war sehr sauber.Der Check-in erfolgte problemlos.Der Vermieter war leider nicht über die Fe-Wo-App erreichbar, sondern nur per WhatsApp.Der Parkplatz direkt am Haus ist vorteilhaft, dennoch sollte man beim Befahren des Grundstücks sich vorher überlegen, wie man auf das Grundstück fährt, da die Einfahrt durch die Hanglage eine scharfe Kante hat.Der Strandbesuch dauert zu Fuß bergab etwa 1 Stunde und bergauf etwa 1:20h.Die öffentlichen Strände sind sehr begrenzt und steinig. Ich empfehle Badeschuhe.Das Dorf hat einen kleinen Gemischtwarenladen, welcher täglich geöffnet hat. Man bekommt dort die Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs.Eine Pizzeria befindet sich fußläufig (ca. 20. Minuten) in der Nähe.Limone liegt ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Eine süße kleine, sehenswerte Stadt.Die Wohnung ist eine super Ausgangslage für einen ruhigen, entspannten Urlaub.

Wunderbare Urlaub

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub dort verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnunh hat alles was man benötigt und war sauber. Garten und Terrasse sind swhr gepflegt. Wir haben beim besten Willen nichts zu beanstanden. Klare Empfehlung. Wir kommen wieder.

Wunderschön!

Für Menschen, die absolute Ruhe suchen, ist Muslone genau die richtige Entscheidung. Unsere Ferienwohnung war ein Traum, es war alles da, was man benötigt. Der Garten war traumhaft schön angelegt. Wir haben jeden Tag in vollen Zügen genossen und werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Empfehlenswert mit traumhafter Lage

Wir waren absolut zufrieden und können das Appartement daher auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und auch der Kontakt und die Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter/Ansprechpartner war in Ordnung, jedoch nur auf englisch oder italienisch möglich. Positiv hervorzuheben ist ganz klar die ruhige Lage mit einem fantastischen Blick auf den See. Auch der eigene Parkplatz direkt vor dem Appartement ist sehr praktisch. Die Ausstattung ist ansprechend, relativ neuwertig und bietet (fast) alles was man braucht. Schade war nur, dass es keinen Sonnenschirm gab, denn gerade zur Frühstückszeit „brennt“ die Sonne direkt auf die Terrasse. Die Sauberkeit war - abgesehen von einigen Spinnweben - in Ordnung. Uns hat es wirklich gut gefallen.

Un havre de paix

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans la villa. Nous avons apprécié l'appartement, le calme, la vue... Bref, c'était un très beau séjour. Seuls petits bémols : la cloison très fine avec l'appartement voisin où l'on entend ce qui s'y passe. Prévoir la voiture pour vos déplacements et faire vos courses si vous voulez manger chez vous. Si nous pouvons, nous reviendrons.

Perfekt

Es war eine tolle, sehr saubere und schön eingerichtet Wohnung. Der Garten war auch sehr gepflegt und die Aussicht war bombastisch. Das einzige Manko, man muss ständig die 4 km runter fahren, um ans Wasser zu fahren. Aber ansonsten gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Klar, wir hatten auch einmal Stromausfall, aber das passiert ja überall mal. Man kippt die Sicherung wieder um, dann ist alles wieder ok. Wir würden sofort wieder diese Wohnung (Nr. 1) mieten.

Herrliche Lage, schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir, Familie mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern, haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Aussicht von der Ferienwohnung ist ein Traum. Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig, oberhalb von Gargnano im kleinen Bergdörfchen Muslone. Die Villa besteht aus insgesamt mindestens drei Einheiten, zwei Ferienwohnungen im Erdgeschoss und eine weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss. Es stehen drei Liegestühle zur Verfügung sowie im Außenbereich ein Esstisch, so dass man sich viel im Freien bewegen kann. Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll, luxuriös und modern eingerichtet. Alles wirkt sehr neu und sauber. Die Betten waren bequem, die Küche recht gut ausgestattet. Leider ist aber eine Waschmaschine nicht vorhanden. Insgesamt ist bei uns fünf Mal der Strom ausgefallen. Sobald man die Sicherung aber wieder umlegt, ist der Strom wieder da. Hier sollte sich mal bei Gelegenheit ein Elektriker die Sache ansehen. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist die starke Hellhörigkeit der Wohnung. Zwischen den beiden Wohnungen im Erdgeschoss scheint nur eine sehr dünne Wand eingebaut worden zu sein, so dass man deutlich die Akustik aus der Nachbarwohnung wahrnehmen kann. Insgesamt können wir die Wohnung aber durchaus empfehlen.

Wie soll ich das in einen kurzen Titel fassen?

Die Lage des Hauses ist am Ortseingang und bietet einen tollen Blick über den See. Im Gegensatz zu den meisten anderen Häusern ist es möglich auf dem eigenen Grundstück zu parken. Die kleine Terrasse ist toll um dort zu sitzen. Die Einrichtung ist modern und bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Vermieterin kümmert sich, wenn man sie denn erreicht was wohl am besten per Whatsapp geht. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Das war das Positive. Auf der Negativseite gab es aber leider auch ein paar Dinge: Die Dame die die Wohnung sauber hält (wohl die Großmutter der Vermieterin) fühlte sich augenscheinlich persönlich angegriffen als wir darum baten, ein Bettlaken ohne Haare darauf zu bekommen. Sie hat uns etwa 5 Minuten lang auf italienisch vollgequatscht und ihr deutsch sprechender Mann (der wirklich sehr freundlich war) verzichtete auf eine Übersetzung, was wohl auch besser war. Von diesem Erlebnis abgesehen gab es nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die besser hätten sein können: Am ehesten wohl noch, dass in der Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich war, dass man kein Haus sondern eine Wohnung (halbes Erdgeschoß) hat. Zumal die angezeigten Fotos beide Wohnungen vermischen. Wenn man die Betreiberwebsite anschaut kann man das immerhin schon erahnen. Aus der fewo-direkt Beschreibung geht das aber nicht hervor. Die Wohnungen sind im Esszimmer nur durch eine dünne Wand getrenn, so dass man seine Nachbarn meistens gut hören konnte. Auch wäre eine kurze Einweisung oder eine Mappe nicht schlecht gewesen, in der z.B. steht, wie das Tor zu öffnen ist. Das Problem hatten nicht nur wir sondern auch unsere Nachbarn (wir hatten in den 14 Tage 3 verschiedene Nachbarn). Insgesamt ein eher durchwachsenes Ferienerlebnis mit Höhen und Tiefen.

Nice view but exhaustive traffic

Nice view but also very exhaustive trip due to main season at lake garda. However the house and equipment is very new. You get everything which is needed and especially for lake garda that’s something you don’t expect. Recommend to go there not during peak season as the traffic is so much.

Splendido paesaggio

La casa è nuovissima, arredata con buon gusto. la vista del lago è mozzafiato, pur essendo immersi nel verde . In pochi minuti di macchina di arriva a Gargnano . Sicuramente ci torneremo per le vacanze estive, per goderci le spiaggie e le camminate in montagna .
