"We enjoyed an extended stay at Pallas Lodge. It’s in a peaceful location. As hosts, Pat and Kay were responsive and helpful. The gardens surrounding the home are beautifully designed and looked after with care. Views the water and the mountains from the property are stunning. The location afforded day trips to Allihies, Eyeries, Castletownbere, and the entire Beara Peninsula. We highly recommend Pallas Lodge. "

"We’ve been returning to Seal Rock Cottage for three consecutive years and recently stayed 8 nights in May. When you find a place that checks all the boxes, it’s a very easy decision. The home’s location, while remote, affords the most spectacular views of Kenmare Bay and the Beara Peninsula. It is a perfect location for day excursions to The Ring of Kerry, the Beara Peninsula, Kenmare, Killarney, Glengarriff and Garinish Island, Bantry, the Healy Pass, and Parknasilla for rounds of golf. The home is just beautifully decorated, always spotless, incredibly comfortable beds, has a wonderful kitchen with great appliances, and a well stocked kitchen. It had everything that we needed to cook many meals. We were so fortunate to have had spectacular weather with sunny skies, warm days and cool nights. It was ideal for sitting outside by the water, sipping on drinks and having fires in the stone fireplace inside in the evenings. Thank you Jane and Michael for sharing your incredible home with us all to enjoy. "

"The restaurant was closed on our night there. We were disappointed as we were looking forward to homemade noodles. We found a restaurant near by and enjoyed the boardwalk. Few places that you can walk the water edge. Very quiet and a great stop. Breakfast was magnificent. "

"Better than expected and great value. Hotel staff were wonderful, pleasant and helpful. Not stuffy at all. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Great dining service. Purchase breakfast along with your stay....it's delicious and plentiful. Great spa, saunas, pool and infinity pool, but book massage, etc., well in advance. Do try the kayaking with Noel, and do take the nature and sky walks with Vincent. "

"Friendly staff, great breakfast, I loved that we had a choice of full Irish, scrambled eggs with smoked salmon or pancakes. The room was really large, bed was good and comfy. We could not get the heating to work, but kept the window closed to keep the room warmer. Shower pressure was not great, but adequate."
