The flat is very central, yet quiet, in the Partenkirchen district. Here you can enjoy relaxing peace and quiet as well as a marvellous view of the mountains. An ideal holiday address even without a car, as everything is within easy walking distance. In the immediate vicinity you will find everything for your daily needs, a bakery and a supermarket are just a two-minute walk away. A public telephone box is located directly in front of the house. The bus stop for the free local bus and the railway station are approx. 10 minutes' walk away. You can reach the most beautiful walking trails around Garmisch-Partenkirchen in just a few minutes. Friends of cross-country skiing are also in good hands with us. The entrance to the cross-country ski trail is around 5 minutes away. The completely new flat with its size of approx. 80 square metres offers enough space for up to 4 adults and 2 children. Well equipped, with cable TV, radio/CD player, dishwasher, microwave, underfloor heating in the bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, it offers ideal conditions for a perfect holiday. A high chair, a travel cot including bed linen and a changing mat can be provided for the little ones! Thanks to the south-west facing position, you can enjoy many wonderful hours of sunshine on the balcony. Bed linen and towels are of course included.
